NexaWebDev: agency terms and starter guarantee Approved September 6, 2026; prices removed from public pages October 12, 2026. Every project is priced on a short call and written into your quote, in CAD before applicable tax. How we quote: One-page starter: one custom-code page, up to six sections and one working contact form, at a fixed price agreed in writing. Basic Shopify: branded standard-theme setup, up to ten supplied products. Premium Shopify: custom homepage and coordinated product/collection pages, up to ten supplied products. WordPress without Elementor: up to five straightforward pages. Elementor: one page, or up to five pages. Webflow: one page, or up to five pages. Scroll Story: one page with up to three agreed storytelling scenes. Complex applications/integrations: individual written quote. Every amount is given on the call and confirmed in your written quote before work starts. Nothing is added to the invoice afterward. Starter guarantee: A deposit reserves the slot; the balance is due on approval. You supply text, images and access. A mirrored FR/EN version uses the same layout and your approved translations. One preference revision round and 30 days of fixes for defects in our work are included. We agree a Monday–Wednesday start once scope, content, access and deposit are ready. Your written scope records the exact start/end and timezone: 48 elapsed hours for a functioning page ready to show your client. Public launch follows approval. We check the agreed sections and supplied content, phone/computer display and a form submission reaching its destination. A screenshot alone is not delivery. If Nexa misses that deadline for a reason within its responsibility, all build payments are refunded within two business days, the balance is waived, and we finish the agreed page free within two further business days. If we still fail, we hand over usable original work and rights at no charge. No duplicate cash refunds. Our tools and availability remain our responsibility. Requested scope changes move the date only by written agreement. You can keep the original scope and date. No unilateral extensions. Intermediate preference approval does not pause the clock. Performance: a 90+ mobile PageSpeed commitment on the agreed pages and configuration at handoff. The written scope identifies the pages, features and third-party services included in testing. If our work misses the agreed threshold, we optimize it at no extra charge before acceptance. Any exception, including an 80+ threshold for specific constraints, must be agreed before starting. This is not a promise of revenue or Google rankings. Other packages: dates and terms in your written quote. Extra pages, products, content, integrations and scenes are priced in writing before work. Hosting, domains, subscriptions and third-party purchases are separate and agreed before purchase. No monthly plan required. Existing agreements remain binding.
