What we collect, and why

When you request a quote or an instant preview

If you fill in the quote form or the /audit/ preview tool, we collect what you type: your name, phone number and email, plus the project details you gave us (business name, trade, town, service, project type, scope, timeline, or message). We use it to send you the quote or preview you asked for, and to follow up about it, typically by email or a text/call once. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a marketing list from this form alone.

• Where it's kept A short-lived queue on our hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers KV, cleared automatically after 90 days), plus our own lead list so we can follow up and keep a record of work requested.
• Who sees it The NexaWebDev operators only. We send ourselves an email and/or a Telegram notification so a lead isn't missed; no third party receives your details for their own marketing.
• Why we keep it You submitted it to get the quote or preview you asked for, and so we can honour that request and answer follow-up questions about it.
• Ask us to delete it Email [email protected] with the email or phone number you used, and we'll remove your record from our active systems. This can take a few business days to clear from backups.

Site analytics

Separately from the forms above, we count page visits and button clicks to understand how the site is used. This counter does not use cookies or store your name or IP address. Google Analytics is different: it only runs after you explicitly accept it in the cookie banner, and nothing from Google loads before that choice, in line with Quebec's Law 25.
