You do not have a site yet, or all you have is a Facebook page. We code yours, French first, at a price settled in writing before we start. At delivery it is yours: the code, the access, the domain.

Three things to settle before having a site coded

Most unpleasant surprises come from things nobody decided at the start. Settle these three and the rest follows.

  • Who edits the site afterwards If you want to change your opening hours without calling anyone, you need an editor, so WordPress, Elementor or Webflow. If you accept going through us, custom code is faster and cheaper. That choice is made before, not after.
  • What you supply Copy, photos, access. That decides the timeline, not our typing speed. A stalled project is almost always waiting on content.
  • What the site has to do, concretely Make the phone ring, take bookings, or sell online. All three are built differently. A site trying to do everything does none of them.

// how it goes

From the first conversation to a site online

step 1

We settle scope and price

What is included, what is not, the price and the date. In writing, before you pay anything.

step 2

You supply the content

Copy, photos, access. The one-page build's clock starts only when everything is ready on your side.

step 3

We code, you review

A private link before launch. Up to three revision rounds; the one-page build includes one consolidated round.

step 4

We launch and hand everything over

The code and the access come back to you, with 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work.

// how we quote

A written quote, not a price list

We price each project on a short call, once we know the pages, the platform, the features and what is excluded. You get the amount and the delivery date in writing before anything starts, and nothing is added to the invoice afterward. What you charge your client stays your decision; we never see it.

Scope first

Page count, platform, catalogue size, integrations, languages. The quote covers exactly that scope, in writing, so the number you give your client holds.

The price, on a call

Fifteen minutes with the people who build the site. You leave with an amount and a date, both agreed before you commit to your client.

Always included

Checks on phones and computers, a working form or test checkout, every access handed over, and 30 days of fixes for faults in the delivered work. Hosting, domains and subscriptions are separate and disclosed before you agree.

// faq

What people ask before a first site

What does a new website cost in Montréal?

A custom-coded single page covers up to six sections and one working form. For several pages with an editor you use yourself afterwards, WordPress covers up to five pages, Elementor and Webflow one page or five. The price is settled on a short call and written down before we start. An online store is quoted the same way, in Canadian dollars before tax.

How many pages do I actually need?

Fewer than you will be told elsewhere. For a service trade, one page done properly is often enough: what you do, who for, proof you have done it before, and a way to reach you. You move to several pages when you have genuinely distinct services that each deserve their own page, or when you intend to publish content regularly.

What do I have to supply?

Your copy, your photos and the access we need. That decides the timeline far more than our work does: the one-page build's 48-hour slot starts once content, access and deposit are ready. If you have no usable photos, say so at the quote and we account for it instead of stalling halfway through.

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. At delivery the code and the access are handed to you, with no licence and no dependency on us. The domain is in your name, on your account. You can hand the next chapter to someone else without breaking anything.

Will I be able to edit it myself afterwards?

It depends on the tier, and it is a decision to make before, not after. WordPress, Elementor and Webflow give you an editor you use on your own to change a line of copy, a photo or your opening hours. The custom-coded one-page build is faster and lighter, but edits come through us. Tell us which matters more and we will point you at the right one.

Are hosting and the domain name included?

They are separate and agreed before purchase. Hosting, the domain and any third-party subscriptions stay in your name, paid by you, so you keep control. We tell you exactly what to get and what it costs before you commit a dollar.

Will the site be fast on a phone?

It is a written commitment, not a promise. We ship with a 90+ mobile PageSpeed commitment on the agreed pages, under the agreed test conditions. If our work misses the threshold we optimise it at no extra charge before acceptance.

Do I need a French and an English version?

In Quebec, French has to be at least as prominent as English on what your customers see. We build French first. A bilingual version uses the same layout and your approved translations, and the Law 25 consent banner is built correctly by default.
