// white-label pricing
How white-label web development is priced
Custom-coded, WordPress, Webflow and Shopify builds your agency resells under its own brand. Scope, delivery date and price are agreed in writing before any build starts; the price is given on a short call, not on a public grid.

What this is
The partner price is what your agency pays NexaWebDev to build the project. It is given on a short call once the scope is known, then written into your quote with the date. You set your own sale price on top, and the difference stays entirely your margin.

// what drives the quote
Four things set the price of a white-label build
Every project is priced on a short call, once these four points are known, and written into your quote with the delivery date before anything starts. Nothing is added to the invoice afterward.
Platform
Custom code for a single page, WordPress with or without Elementor, Webflow, Shopify, or a Scroll Story page. Each has its own base scope.
- One-page starter: up to six sections, one form
- WordPress, Elementor, Webflow: one page or up to five
- Shopify: basic theme or premium custom homepage
Scope
Page count, number of supplied products, number of storytelling scenes. The base scope is written down; anything outside it is quoted before work starts.
- Up to ten supplied products on Shopify
- Up to three agreed scenes on a Scroll Story
- Extra pages quoted in writing, never added later
Integrations and content
Custom forms, external APIs, bookings, animation, content creation and translation each change the quote and are agreed in writing first.
- FR/EN with your supplied copy included
- Translation, content and paid visuals separate
- Hosting, domains and subscriptions disclosed up front
Deadline
The one-page starter has an agreed 48-hour slot. Every other package gets its date in the written quote. No automatic rush surcharge.
- Starter: agreed Monday to Wednesday start
- Other packages: date in the quote
- 90+ mobile PageSpeed commitment under agreed test conditions

What you pay us, and what you charge
These rates are what your agency pays us. You set your own client price based on your work and services. We do not promise a resale price or a profit.
// what moves the price
What's included in the tier, and what isn't
- Page count The WordPress, Elementor and Webflow tiers each specify a standard page count. Additional pages outside that scope are quoted before work starts, never added to the invoice afterward.
- Shopify catalogue size The Shopify tier covers a standard catalogue. A catalogue of several hundred products with complex variants is quoted separately, once the brief is received.
- Custom integrations Custom forms, external APIs, or advanced animation outside the base tier are discussed and quoted before the start of work, with the price confirmed in writing.
- Ongoing support Three rounds of revisions before launch, with one consolidated round on the one-page starter, plus 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work. Hosting, domains, subscriptions, and paid visuals are separate and agreed before purchase. Ongoing support can be quoted; no monthly plan is required.

The most-asked pricing questions
How much does white-label web development cost?
It depends on the platform, the scope, the integrations and the deadline. We price each project on a short call once those four are known, and the amount goes into your written quote with the delivery date before work starts. Any additional work needs a written quote.
Is this the price I charge my client?
These rates are what your agency pays us. You set your own client price based on your work and services. We do not promise a resale price or a profit.
Are prices in Canadian or US dollars?
Canadian dollars, before applicable tax. Every quote we write is in CAD.
What makes the price move within a tier?
Page count, the complexity of the product catalogue for Shopify, and the integrations requested (custom forms, external APIs, custom animation). The base tier covers the standard project described in its offer; anything outside that scope is quoted before work starts, never added to the invoice afterward.
How does payment work?
For the starter, a deposit reserves the slot and the balance is due on approval. For the other tiers, the split and the dates are written into your quote before work starts. No monthly plan is required, and nothing is added to the invoice afterward.
Are there hidden fees in the quote?
Three rounds of revisions before launch, with one consolidated round on the one-page starter, plus 30 days of fixes for defects in the delivered work. Hosting, domains, subscriptions, and paid visuals are separate and agreed before purchase. Ongoing support can be quoted; no monthly plan is required.
Is the 48-hour starter really delivered at the quoted price?
Yes. One custom-coded page, six sections maximum and one working form, ready to present within 48 elapsed hours after an agreed Monday-to-Wednesday start, with content, access and deposit ready. The price is fixed in writing before the slot is booked; a deposit reserves it and the balance is due on approval. If Nexa misses the deadline for a reason within its responsibility, we refund payments within two business days, cancel the balance, and finish the page free within two additional business days. Launch follows approval. Other tiers: date by quote.
