White-label web development in Montréal

Custom-coded, WordPress, Webflow and Shopify builds your agency resells under its own brand. Scope, delivery date and price are agreed in writing before any build starts; the price is given on a short call, not on a public grid.

// who this is for

Built for local agencies that sell more than they code

The scenario repeats itself: the client asks for a site, the agency says yes, and somebody loses two weekends to a page builder. In Montréal there is also French and Law 25 to get right. Both are the daily work here.

Marketing & SEO agencies

Your campaigns send traffic to sites you did not code and cannot fix. Sell the redesign and keep the ad budget that performs.

Design studios

You have the finished Figma files and no one to code them. We build your design pixel-for-pixel and you present it as your own.

Independent consultants

You promised a website to win the contract. Send us the brief, resell the project at your price, and stay the only face the client knows.

// your clients, their language

The site you sell, in your client's language

A Montréal agency rarely sells to a single language group. The next client may want a site in French, in English, or in both to cover Greater Montréal entirely. We deliver in your client's working language, not just ours: native French for a francophone client, native English otherwise, bilingual FR/EN when you sell to both audiences, without changing team or price by language.

French, here, is a working language, not a checkbox a team elsewhere discovers partway through the project.

// why a montréal partner

What a local partner actually changes

What a local partner changes is narrow and checkable: the reply lands inside your working day, you get code instead of a template, and the French is written rather than translated afterward. Those are the things your client notices.

  • Your working day, not the other side of it You send a change at 2pm and hear back the same afternoon. No waiting for a timezone across the world to wake up while your client waits on you.
  • French written in, not translated after We are a Montréal studio. French is a working language, so a bilingual site is written in French from the start, not run through a translation pass.
  • Law 25 built correctly Explicit consent, a French-first banner, refuse exactly as easy as accept. You do not have to bring it up to standard after us.
  • Custom code you actually own No page-builder bloat. The one-page starter carries a 90+ mobile PageSpeed commitment in the offer, because your client's paid traffic lands on it.
  • Per project, not per month No subscription to justify in a quiet month, no hour bank to burn through. Buy a project when you sell one; the price does not change with volume.
  • Delivery with no trace NDA on request, no credits or signatures in the code, and we never contact your client. The project is yours the moment it ships.

// process

How the partnership works

step 1

You send the brief

A Loom, a Figma file, or a one-page form. We confirm the tier and delivery date before you commit a date to your own client.

step 2

We build

Custom code on our stack: React, Next.js, Shopify, Webflow. Half the fee starts the clock.

step 3

You review

A private preview link, seen by you before your client ever sees it. Up to three revision rounds before launch; the one-page starter includes one consolidated round.

step 4

You deliver

The site goes live on your client's domain, under your brand. You get the code and access, and we disappear from the story.

// how we quote

A written quote, not a price list

We price each project on a short call, once we know the pages, the platform, the features and what is excluded. You get the amount and the delivery date in writing before anything starts, and nothing is added to the invoice afterward. What you charge your client stays your decision; we never see it.

Scope first

Page count, platform, catalogue size, integrations, languages. The quote covers exactly that scope, in writing, so the number you give your client holds.

The price, on a call

Fifteen minutes with the people who build the site. You leave with an amount and a date, both agreed before you commit to your client.

Always included

Checks on phones and computers, a working form or test checkout, every access handed over, and 30 days of fixes for faults in the delivered work. Hosting, domains and subscriptions are separate and disclosed before you agree.

// faq

Questions local agencies ask

Are you actually based in Montréal?

Yes. We are a Montréal team, and our registered business address is 770 Rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Suite 1026. French is a working language here, not a translation pass done afterward.

Do you only work with Québec agencies?

No. We are based in Montréal and we work with agencies elsewhere in Canada, and we take agencies in the United States on the same terms. Being bilingual means a Toronto agency gets English delivery and a Québec agency gets native French, from the same team.

Do you handle Law 25 compliance?

Yes, by default. The consent banner is built the way the law requires: explicit opt-in for analytics, French-first, and refuse exactly as easy as accept. You do not have to bring it up to standard after us.

Is white-label the same as subcontracting in Montréal?

In practice, yes. Both terms describe the same arrangement: we code, you sell and deliver under your name. Montréal agencies use one term or the other depending on their industry, but the contract does not change: fixed price, published deadline, and an NDA on request.

My client has a tight deadline. Can a Montréal white-label build move fast?

For the one-page starter, we agree an exact 48-hour slot once content, access and deposit are ready. The working page is ready to present; public launch follows approval. If we miss the deadline for a reason within our responsibility, we refund payments within two business days, cancel the balance, and finish the page free within two further business days. Other projects: dates in the written quote. Full terms: nexaweb.dev/offer-terms.txt.
